Formed in 1989, Hai Duc Co., Ltd has since become one of the leading supplier and stockist in the bearings products.

Our bearings are being supplied to various exploiting and processing industries such as quarrying, coal, rubber, construction material, sugar cane, steel, paper, mineral mining, etc.

With the Head Office in Ho Chi Minh City, we are currently expanding our operations, and this year itself we have extended our product range to include roller chains and seals.

Currently, we are looking for Sales Engineers in Ho Chi Minh and Hanoi to fit the below requirements.

Sales & Marketing

1. Implement sales objectives and strategies for assigned customers within defined region;
2. Extend distributor network for assigned industry segment within defined region;
3. Establish contacts with major OEMs and end-user of specified industry filed and giving these customers technical support and service;
4. Observe technical details by visiting application site frequently in order to secure suitable product supply;
5. Travelling within defined region;
6. Report timely marketing information and competitors’ information to managers;
7. Assist organising technical seminar by technical experts;
8. Expand market share with new customers;
9. Debt collection;
10. Provide quality after-sales service to customers
11. Ensure meeting annual sales target and spend within expenses budget assigned
12. Feedback any new industries or even neighbouring countries to penetrate
13. Other assignments that the Management may request from time to time.

Technical            

1. Provide engineering support to distributors, OEMs and end-users;
2. Advise major end-users on products related problems;
3. Conduct product presentations and practical training seminars when assigned;
4. Investigate product demands in specific industries;
5. Liaise with Head Office, local authorised suppliers on technical matters;
6. Translate English literature to Vietnamese(catalogue and brochure) if necessary
7. Attend any training or exhibitions which the Company may arrange
8. Other assignments that the Management may request from time to time.

Requirements:

1. Degree in Mechanical Engineering or other related Engineering discipline with at least 2 years sales experience.  Relevant experience in the bearings/chains/seals business will be an added advantage.
2. Must be an independent worker possessing aggressiveness to explore new business areas.
3. A team player who is capable to come up with new ideas or suggestions to result in team growth.
4. Ability to converse in English is an advantage, though ability to write and read is sufficient.
